Amaretto Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  2. 1 pound semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  3. 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
  4. Dippers: Biscotti, strawberries, pineapple chunks, bananas
Instructions
  1. In a heavy saucepan, bring whipping cream to a boil. Remove from heat; add chocolate, stirring until smooth. Stir in liqueur. Spoon into a fondue pot; keep warm over low heat. Serve with desired dippers.
Makes 10 - 12 servings
