Asian Chicken Salad

Asian Chicken Salad
Ingredients
  1. 1 (5-ounce) package fresh spring mix lettuces
  2. 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  3. 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin orange segments in light syrup, drained
  4. 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  5. 1/2 cup halved snow peas
  6. 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
  7. Asian Vinaigrette
  8. 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
  9. 1/3 cup sliced green onion
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss together lettuces, next 5 ingredients, and Asian Vinaigrette. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and green onion. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 - 6 servings
